Yoga and kettle bell workout routine? Oh yeah!

Kettle bell is one of the exercise equipment I bought and never regret buying it. It is said that Kettle bell exercise will boost your metabolism. Maybe it does, because I have a major sweat situation after 20 minutes! Also, my muscles are aching the next day. Thank you Karena & Katrina!

Mine is from Reebok 5kg in Yellow. It looks like this. Bought it at the local Royal Sporting House, Marina Square last year. There is a proper technique to use this else you will strain your muscles. See Katrina’s advice.
